松山菸廠的古蹟大煙囪發生傾斜問題，台北市政府發言人林鶴明今天表示，遠雄集團大巨蛋案違反環評，北市府依法處以新台幣一五○萬元罰鍰，不過考量工程技術問題，決議不停工。

由於松山菸廠的古蹟大煙囪傾斜已達警戒值，台北市長柯文哲上午表示，若不能解決安全問題，大巨蛋工程恐怕要先停工；遠雄集團則說，去年已發現傾斜，並率先停工及提出修繕計畫，經台北市文化局核可後，二月初已完成扶正工作。林鶴明說，由於受限大巨蛋工程現狀及技術問題，無法馬上停工，並非考量年底完工時間因素，會要求遠雄盡快提出改善措施，且盡速解決。
